I don't recommend the company for anyone specially fresh grades and juniors. The main technology used in the company is low code - Outsystems which will get you nowhere if you moved to the outer world and it adds almost ZERO to your technical experience. And of course the workload will not give you a chance to self-study other things aside from a proper work-life balance. The HR team is the least professional team I have ever dealt with in my whole work life. The PMs are not qualified at all and I am wondering how they were chosen for this position. Neither clients nor developers, They can manage none. Whenever you have an issue they will tell you let's discuss and when you discuss you'll only be the one to blame. It's always you and every other thing is fine and even excellent. They even badmouth others with no sense of shame.
