The company offers a good budget for you to do any training and to attend any events that will help you increase your knowledge. Staff are very friendly and plenty of free snacks

Minpunten

Management is poor and a lot of micromanaging. The company claims to be diverse and inclusive but is far from it.

- excellent people with some genuinely amazing engineers to learn from - pretty generous conference budget - exposure to a range of tech and industries - amazing office tea/coffee/snack

Minpunten

- a lack of long term ownership over projects inherent in working at a services company - pay is on the low side - lack of structured on boarding as a junior meant it was very sink or swim. This works for some and not for others - experience is somewhat luck of the draw based on projects. Some are amazing, others are… not. - I could never put my finger on the cause, but even by tech standards there’s a real lack of gender diversity in engineering
