I want to bring attention to an unfortunate experience with CodeVertex, an internship that turned out to be misleading and unprofessional. The company initially promised a stipend and a welcome kit, but neither was provided. When I contacted the HR representative, Rahul Rathi, he claimed to have left the company and stated he couldn’t process the stipend. However, when I reached out to the founder, Harshal Mohite, he contradicted this, saying Rahul was still working there and that I should consult him instead. This clear miscommunication and refusal to take responsibility raise serious concerns about CodeVertex's integrity. Calls were ignored or disconnected when I inquired further, and they later justified their actions by saying their brochure had been updated—after the internship had already begun. Changing commitments without prior notice is deceptive and unprofessional. This experience leads me to believe that this internship was nothing more than a fraudulent scheme aimed at exploiting interns without fulfilling promised commitments. It is disheartening to see a company operate in such an unethical manner. Moreover, CodeVertex presents itself as a marketing firm, but given their lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and failure to uphold commitments, I strongly advise against seeking any marketing services from them. If they cannot maintain integrity in their own operations, it raises serious doubts about their credibility in delivering quality marketing services. I urge aspiring interns and businesses alike to stay cautious before engaging with CodeVertex. Transparency, professionalism, and integrity should be the foundation of any workplace, and companies must be held accountable for their commitments.
