Pluspunten

It's a real treat if you're game for swallowing the bull the leadership and senior management dish out. Easy to find solid folks to ride it out with though, they make it worth it. Trust you wont find it in the higher ups. Good work/life balance. Great if you want to be remote. Everyone knows how bad it is. Most people are constantly applying to leave at any given time. This is the place to go to gain some experience then get out: a stepping stone.

Minpunten

It's a pretty toxic gig where the only way up is by trashing your coworkers behind their backs and kissing up to the higher-ups. Favoritism is and always has been off the charts – not even the veterans are safe from it. Sure, you might snag some experience with big-name clients, but watch out for getting stuck or falling for the smoke and mirrors of promises that never pan out. It's basically run by a bunch of grown-up kids and their buddies.

Pluspunten

Great culture. Everyone I have worked with has been super nice, and fun to talk with. There are no negative vibes. The leadership is really good at being transparent, I feel like i know how the decisions are being made and how they will effect me. The work is always interesting and I feel like I'm able to do interesting and unique work.

Minpunten

There have been some layoffs that have rattled the company.
