I have grown so much professionally from working with Codis Group! I was initially nervous about starting a career with any sales involved, but I quickly realized this was a different type of opportunity, not just an average "sales rep" job.
The clients I work with are reputable and impressive. While part of my job is working with customers in an inside store environment, the rest of my time is spent in the office learning management skills to grow my career. My focus in particular is recruiting and human resources.
I love that the company offers mentorship and training into all different areas of business and the practical knowledge has really given me great insight into how great businesses are run.

If you don't work well in a team environment, this probably isn't the place for you. It was an adjustment for me to work more collaboratively, but after some time, I can see it's benefiting my leadership influence and relationships with co-workers.
