Depending on project and work load, you'll get fair amount of work life balance. You can gain experience in handling and distributing work, communicating with clients. For fresher, salary is also decent.

For me, learning opportunities were less, I had many ideas which weren't put forward or given chance to be showcased. Overtime, salary you get back from amount you work is very very less. Management are Selfish.

Some projects may involve long hours depending on the client demands.
A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
