Pluspunten
The company provides an environment such that every single person will try to learn new things and implement them. This not only benefits the one who learnt them, but also the company, because employees make the company. Coming to the work environment, the open door policy helps anyone to meet any other person, regardless of his role which benefits an employee to build good relationships with the management. Enjoying the work and enjoying the life at the same time can be experienced when you are in the office (for now in this Covid situation we might miss that feeling).
Minpunten
Business decisions sometimes effect employees' expectations which usually happens in IT industry. I feel like the work done a peak point of time is getting recognized where as work to reduce such peak situations is staying in the dark.
