Leadership is not receptive to significant beneficial change. Too much feedback will have you deemed as argumentative or disagreeable. Employees are overworked and expectations do not promote work-life balance. Toxic culture of "do as I say, not as I do" which breads distrust and lack of loyalty in the business.
