      Pluspunten

      I was a co op for colfor in the beginning of 2015 and I enjoyed it. Most people are friendly and helpful there.

      Minpunten

      I do not really have any cons that I can think of. There are some rude operators but I guess that is what you expect from someone who spends decades of their lives in a union shop.

      Insurance, Pay isn't to bad for the area, Paid holiday, vacation, Air conditioned, plenty of overtime if you want it

      Supervisors play favorites and Higher ups don't hold them accountable for mistakes or how they treat employees
