- Management is highly disrespectful to struggling employees who are new to the travel industry or are not already their personal friends or former colleagues. - If you are strictly a hands-on learner, you will not make it through the first 20 days of classroom training unless you're experienced in the industry or know management personally. - Favoritism - Management is not accountable for their own actions/mistakes. - Local Management and Headquarters (HQ) in RI are not a firm and united front when it comes to policies and procedures as well as other important issues, which leads to a lot of confusion and failures in the training room. - Company will continue to harass you and your family by phone, email and regular mail about using their services long after the company lets you go. With everything that happened at Collette, my family and I will NEVER utilize them for employment or travel. A company that cannot follow its own "Core Values" and treat all of their employees with the same respect, honesty, kindness, and understanding are not worth supporting in any manner.
