Pluspunten

Colliers is a good place to work. Large office but has a small office feel and everyone gets along. There is an open door policy and you feel comfortable speaking with the managers.

Minpunten

Lack of bonuses. Bonuses are handed out at the discretion of the operations manager. Others receive bonuses from the teams they support, if you work for successful, generous broker you probably don't have any complaints.

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Minpunten

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
