Colliers International UK is a great place to work. The environment is collaborative and one of their core values, 'fun', really shines through. Senior management make an effort to get to know everyone, even the most junior members of staff and career progression is fantastic for surveying graduates.

Minpunten

Business support are treated considerably less favourably than fee earners and the HR department is a mess. HR Management haven't got a clue what they're doing and treat their own members of staff with disrespect. They advise the business on so many issues but do not replicate this themselves within their own team.

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Minpunten

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
