I am sorry to hear that your 3 years working with us did not meet your expectations. We have been awarded Aon Best Employer status in both 2017 and 2018, and have recorded increases in our engagement scores in each of the last 3 years, so we take our culture very seriously. -the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Minpunten

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
