Some members of mid and upper management are doing their best to move the company forward in terms of technology/efficiency of workflows and diversity and inclusion.
Minpunten
If you aren't a broker, there are a lot of dead-end jobs with no real career progression.
Wages are incredibly low for the cost of living in Vancouver.
Commercial real estate is an "old boys club" with all that that implies.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As a company we are continuously looking to improve technology to enhance business operations. As you may know the recent launch of our Workday has enhanced our ability to process pay, recruit, onboard, performance manager, e-learning and more. While sales and brokerage comprise of a large aspect of our business, there are vast opportunities for all employees to advance in career progression.
-the people
-mostly easy-going
-not a hard job
-good actually entry level job
-people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about
Minpunten
-Schedule rigidity
-almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values)
-the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised)
-the favoraitism by management
-the work is either a 100% or nothing to do
-in office days tend to be highly stressful
