A great way to gain experience in the commercial real estate world.
Minpunten
Upper management micromanages in waves and is then unresponsive when you need them. Poor communication between departments who seem to actively mistrust each other. And the brokers, most of whom are lovely, but a handful who seem to think of themselves as Tony Stark...dear god. The horrendous things I heard come out of their mouths. Keep your head down, do your best work over a few years and move on to greener pastures.
