Collaboration with different teams, team members are responsive

Minpunten

- Limited career development , 0 support from management despite constant asks; - Management has no idea what their direct report does and their responsibilities - High turnover, especially senior levels with little to no explanation - Benefits and compensation are lacking - If you do your job well, you will be given more tasks and will be doing 2 people's job with the same pay that is not inflation nor market adjusted

-the people -mostly easy-going -not a hard job -good actually entry level job -people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about

Minpunten

-Schedule rigidity -almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values) -the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised) -the favoraitism by management -the work is either a 100% or nothing to do -in office days tend to be highly stressful
