Minpunten

Communication between management and departments is horrible. Everyone in the office will know before the necessary departments know. There is a lot of favoritism that goes on for certain drivers as well as employees. Would not recommend....

9-5 hours. No weekends. Great people to work with.

Communication is horrible. Management needs work. No bonuses unless you are a dispatcher. 80's decorations and mindset. Its as if you work in a morgue. If you have fun while getting your work done, you are repremanded. They expect employees to wear nice business like clothes but drivers are allowed to walk freely through the office wearing booty shorts, pants sagging, dirty clothes that smell like they haven't been washed in months and clothes so tight that their bodies hang out.
