They brag about training, since the first interview. You get a week training in Chicago and then you are on your own. There is no support from management ever. They micro manage you every single day. They expect you to work 60 plus hours per week and their products are not that great. Highest turnover rate I have ever been exposed to in any company. Most don't make the 3 month mark and that is why they are better know as a training school that sells insurance.
