As CommScope operations are throughout the world, the following comments are not applied to all CommScope facilities, but to where I am working. -Very little pay less than 4k per month -Long working hours 9-10 hours every day -No pay for over time -Can't feel been valued by the company -Office furnitures are very old, facilities are very bad
