Pluspunten

Very organized company. I enjoyed the employee status for taxes. Allowed training pay. Most colleagues were very nice and friendly, although my direct supervisor was a little anal.

Minpunten

Software platform cumbersome to allow for any substantial line count. In several months, I was never able to make more than about $700 in 2 weeks, not sustainable.

As a whole, our MTs earn an average of nearly $15/hour with our top producers earning over $25/hour. We all have our own unique blend of talents and techniques, however, and what is a great fit for one MT may not be for another. Good support people who seem like they care.

Lack of communication from CEO to transcriptionists. I'm not sure how much he was really involved.
