I have passed MCA in 2015 and joined here as a fresher. I am having a good experience from here. Good leaning Platform . All the employees are helpful they help with best of their knowledge. Time to time cultural activities are also organised. Hr's are also good as they listen your voice and when needed they support. Currently I am working here and I am enjoying my job

Pluspunten

In this past 2 years of my work span, I haven’t seen any delays in my salary. And it’s the same case even during appraisals. Employees with excellent work performance are rewarded with appreciation in the year half and even in the year end(annually). I like this way of rewarding employees and making them feel that they mean something to the organization. I admire it heartily.

Yet, till now, I have not seen any. And I believe, I won’t see any even in future as well.
