Minpunten
Where do I begin? Extremely hierarchical. Lack of diversity. Lack of accountability for anyone in management so bad behaviour often rewarded or unseen. CEO is really out of touch and archaic. Terrible pay for the amount of work you’re expected to do. People fleeing from their roles like rats off a sinking ship and HQ not replacing anyone. CEO and managers also have their favourites so even if you’re a hard worker and diligent in what you do, if your face doesn’t fit then you’re ignored or worse, targeted. Lots of reinventing the wheel. Extra hours worked are not honoured. They expect you to pay for things out of your own pocket upfront then wait for their very slow finance team to reimburse you. Toxic management culture - most are quite happy to throw you under the bus yet fail to highlight or reflect on where they’ve gone wrong. Quite a few narcissists or those with narcissistic tendencies occupying management roles. Reporting on your colleagues is the norm, and seen as the way to curry favour with managers. Incredibly little to no room for progression. This list is not exhaustive, trust me (yeah, I know I’m a complete stranger, but seriously), just give this place a wide berth. There are far better jobs out there!
