Our records show that the engagement lasted only two working days and was ended by the individual’s own decision at a very early stage, shortly after onboarding had begun and before the role had the opportunity to progress into meaningful delivery. We also believe it is important to distinguish between a completed long-term contractor engagement and an engagement that ended voluntarily after two working days during the onboarding stage. As with all contractor engagements, any payment due is reviewed in line with the agreed service terms, actual days worked, notice arrangements, handover requirements, and completion of any outstanding administrative obligations. We do not discuss individual contractual matters in detail on a public platform, but we believe such matters are best handled directly and professionally through the appropriate communication channels. We regret that this matter has been presented publicly in this way, particularly given the limited duration of the engagement and the early-stage nature of the working relationship.
