Pluspunten
It’s interesting work sometimes and you are doing work that helps an organization that helps people. Remote flexibility is nice. There are some good people to work with/for. You can really learn a lot if you want to or just stay in the shadows if you prefer. The company itself is a good place to work and a lot of people work there for a long time. I just wouldn’t recommend this place for long term career growth.
Minpunten
The organization is struggling financially so job security is fading. Finance/accounting is NOT a place to work if you want to get promoted. It just doesn’t happen. The leaders aren’t going anywhere and far too many of them are leaders in title only anyway.
