The network has partnership with area universities, a wonderful tuition reimbursement, and student externship programs. The network stands by the name Community. The employees, management and corporate staff support community needs with their 360 program and push for all to give to those in need. The network has also been supportive with other health networks to build in their need to improve technology and patient care.

There is an unfortunate level of tolerance for badly behaved managers from HR. The network states zero tolerance for workplace violence and bullying, but, managers seem to be ok to break the standards within this. This should apply equally to all employees at every level.
