Pluspunten
There are some really, really good people who work there, and it is a family-like environment There has been a lot of emphasis in recent years on improving the culture and a great focus on the patient experience, which I think has been a good thing.
Minpunten
The family-like environment is not without its share of family disfunction. Seems there is a reorganization of some kind every 6-9 months, which has you wonder just how stable the organization really is or whether senior management knows what they're doing. For all the emphasis put on culture and patients, it can be pretty inconsistent how all of that is implemented. Especially being both an employee there AND a patient, you know all the things that people are being trained to say and do to patients and then when you actually are there as a patient and the people DON'T do those things you know they are supposed to, that's really frustrating.
