Pay rate for APPs is somewhat less compared to other major networks in Indy. -Very difficult to get into specialty areas unless you have a previous connection inside. -Depending on the role, some areas do not allow APPs to function to their highest scope of licensure. -Work/life balance could be better for providers with the neverending inbasket full of messages and calls needing attention beyond a simple yes/no answer.
