Pluspunten
Individual hospitals, and regions of hospitals have strong leadership and talent in the individual facilities and the organization as a whole. I learned a lot with the company, working my way up through the administrative/executive training program that they offer. It all depends on which individual facilities you work in and the leaders that foster or hurt your career growth and potential.
Minpunten
Pay is below market for many of the administrative positions, even though they base it on cost of living, years of experience, etc. I didn't have the greatest leaders to work with (worked at multiple facilities and they were all let go or transitioned out of the organization), so my learning and growth opportunities were limited and I ultimately ended up leaving the company as a result of the dysfunction that I personally experience. Under the right regional leadership, I would go back to the company one day. I have many friends/colleagues that have gone through the same training program, had great opportunities, and are still with the company.
