Super rewarding and not boring. Company truly values staff! CIS respects both their program participants & Staff boundaries! CIS does an annual survey & makes changes accordingly. They promote from w/i org. I loved how independent I was able to work but supervisors are SUPER supportive when needed! This role/ job really allows for great flexibility & you schedule your own hours/appts. There are challenges but in a good way as it keeps you learning new info/skills. I loved it!

It takes a while to build rapport with participants so building full time schedule can take a couple months but there are also OT opportunities. The first 2 years here I had like 4 different supervisors The workman's comp company sucks.
