Minpunten
The processes that the role used definitely needed improvement to streamline efficiencies of tasks and project management. Unfortunately, current management created a new process model that not only decreased efficiency, but made the role almost unworkable. Countless useless daily "scrum" meetings to discuss project risks so that upper management isn't blindsided by escalations from project resources, but nothing is actually done to prevent the escalations which will always happen. And probably the biggest con is that you will NEVER move up within Compass Digital unless you work in Charlotte, NC or Mississauga, ON. This is a huge miss for the company as their are thousands of talented people in this industry who choose to live elsewhere, but they only look at local talent for important leadership positions.
