Lack of experience of management. The culture of quality is missing. Disorganization in different departments. "old" staffs without a good training and experience Eccentric Owner.

More disorganization after middle management leaves Founder push team to do non-sense projects with no market research and breaks any planning No focus on projects Presures to reach unrealistic plannings Product department is not listening to customers They'll present you a fake status of the company Office is dirty Location is too far from cities Slow internet connection
