I have never worked at a more dysfunctional, evil company in my life. Horrible hours, terrible management, no training, terrible pay, NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE, no opportunity for management, horrible compensation & benefits, THE WORST COMPANY CULTURE EVER, owners have no values or SOULS, and pointless meetings after meetings. Those were the positives. Owned, operated and dictated by one of the worst human beings I have ever crossed paths with, employees are constantly motivated by fear and subject extreme fits of rage and profanity. It is typical to be in a company meeting for hours just so the owner can stroke his ego and berate and scream and every employee. The minimum sick and PTO days are offered, but not likely to be approved to use. No holidays are offered and you will be at the office on Christmas Eve, New Years and every other major holiday until the owner allows you to leave. Usually are 5:30 or later. I have never been so happy to ESCAPE this modern day prison. No matter how desperate you are for employment, DO NOT subject yourself to this HELL ON EARTH. Nothing is worth it and once you are in you cannot get out. Only options are to hopefully get fired (which they won't do to avoid paying unemployment) or find a new job which is impossible since you have no PTO, your mandatory company phone have GPS tracking and all your emails and all your phone calls are all tracked.
