Locked in for 2 years. 2 year clock only begins once you've been given a contract however sometimes can take months. Management are not very honest or clear on this. Not much incentive to stay after the two + years. Complaints about salary are regularly brought up by analysts on contract in annual reviews and feedback but falls on deaf ears from management leaving a feeling of underappreciation when this sector is largely what's making the company so successful,
