Get the experience and get out. Look around, the ones who stay are just clocking hours. Leadership is poor, feel threatened by achievers. If you are trying to build a career, hit the door

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Minpunten

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
