Senior Leadership has no idea what they are doing. Merits and market adjustments are up to the director (who is never around thus causing use to not receive market adjustments). Seniors are not held accountable for their actions and poor work ethic. No training for new managers and can be a career dead-end. Benefit premiums are way too high and out of pocket costs will destroy your wallet.
