      Big company, i was employed for 5 years by them.

      Terrible employee recognition. in the 5 years i was with compucom i only received one $.42 raise. no ability to move up.

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
