I am very happy and proud to be an employee of CompuVision. I have worked with several employers over the years and never felt more valued as I do here. The President, John Hunt, style of management is amazing. He has an uncanny ability to motivate and encourage his team for success. Even though each department plays a specific role/part within the company, we all work together as a TEAM. Everyone is aware and well informed of the current status of projects and productivity. He personally has given me skillsets to succeed and continues to encourage each day. I love the fact his door is always open and I am never in fear of walking through it. In addition, John has created a “family” of employees. Each of us has our personal issues in life and he encourages us to find the balance between work and family. He recognizes that in order for us to be good employees, we need to be healthy in our personal lives as well. I recently went through a very difficult family crisis, yet I came to work each day greeted by support and love from my co-workers.

CompuVision is a client service oriented company. Many of the Engineers/employees are away from the office working on-site with the customer, therefore it is a rare occasion all employees to be in the office together.
