Minpunten

First off, the managers are extremely low quality(talking about skills and talent) at Compunnel. None of them can even put a line together in English and therefore they keep losing high quality clients. Call Centres that sell insurances have better speakers than this place. To save money, the management here gives garden leaves to anyone who resigns and the HR does absolutely nothing to address this situation. They dont even have the dignity to give their colleagues a farewell just so they dont have to pay the notice period wages. Everyone is sleeping around in the office and its really disgusting to see this. At team retreats you will witness a culture of violence, alcohol and sex. The remuneration is also not at par with industry standards. I was one of the first people to leave the Spartoi Group in 2021, I heard over 6 people left after me (there is rampant attrition in the group). I am guessing everyone left due to the manager. There are many opportunities in the market that don't compromise on dignity and integrity, you dont have to join Compunnel.

Compunnel staff is professional, supportive, and truly values their nurses. Communication is clear and I appreciate how organized and responsive the team is, making placement smooth and stressfree.

There is nothing that I can truly say negativity about the company at the present time,

Pluspunten

Smooth onboarding and H-1B/immigration support (if applicable). Payroll is processed on time. Recruiters and account managers are responsive and helpful. Good opportunities to work with well-known client companies. Management is approachable and willing to address employee concerns. Transparent communication during the hiring and placement process.

Minpunten

Career growth largely depends on client assignments. Benefits package could be more competitive. Limited interaction with the vendor once deployed to a client. Salary increments may be less frequent than expected.
