The company clearly tries to keep an identity and as such attempts to look after its employees by way of managerial meetings. Something to bear in mind if you're in Europe is that they are particularly good on the international front. A number of my colleagues have successfully transferred from one country to another whilst retaining work with computacenter.
Minpunten
I sometimes felt that the management had too many people to look after. In terms of career progression it is quite easy to be missed unless one does something to get noticed.
