Masked firing. They are forcing employees to resign because they no longer have projects. If you don't resign they start harassing you by forcing career changes and requesting you get 3 to 5 certifications on a completely different platform in 1-2 month, while other employees in the same platform are kept years without any certifications. Even with medical proof that their harassment is provoking serious mental health issues, they continued until I resigned. Managers are lacking any kind of empathy, and treat their employees as slaves.
