Pluspunten

Good company to get a fresh start in or two be introduced to a new field within security. Very good for a recent graduates and people looking to obtain a clearance.

Minpunten

Poor senior management and leadership from all areas of the company within the security realm. If you have not known or been associated with anyone that has work there for 10+ years you are seeing as an outsider and if you do not conform to their waves they will find every reason to make you feel unwelcome. Also following that they have many security violations and incidences that never get reported or are properly handled. Overall senior management and leadership forms a misunderstanding of what jobs are to be done what jobs are to be held and among other things that make a duty day worth it .

Pluspunten

A small company therefore has a small company mindset, in that every employee is a name and not a number. Some very nice employees who are genuinely knowledgeable about their jobs; can learn a lot by talking to them.

Minpunten

Long term employees had antiquated mindset with an opposition to change. "What worked 20 years ago still works today" appeared to be the philosophy of the company, from an absence of flexible work schedules, to utilizing outdated IT systems, to excessively supervising employees, to a lack of awareness that regulations are consistently changing. There never seemed to be a legitimate justification as to why the company could not implement updated regulations or ideas. Some employees appeared to circumvent modern ideas and regulations if it meant additional work would be required to implement the ideas and regulations. Newer employees who brought experience and expertise to positions were not fully trusted until they had been employed with the company for an extended period of time. Essentially, apathy reigned.
