If you go sick even once, expect to be disciplined or pushed out. • Management are sarcastic, slimy micromanagers who ridicule staff instead of supporting them. One manager even mocked my mental health openly, showing zero compassion. • Career progression is a sham. Unless your face fits, you will never move forward. • The company hides behind its “Being Purple” values, but in reality they are grey, murky, and soulless.
