      Some brilliant people working there.

      Minpunten

      Lack of senior management feedback. HR department only cares about the company and senior management, staff are expendable. Sales sell unfinished product to their verticals and then pass blame to engineering (frequently). Box mentality instead of customer centric mentality.

      They expect you to save money, but they pay for executive level people to travel to Chandler site when a video conference would suffice.
