Lots of mistreatment of employees in salary, bonuses, and time off A top executive plays favorites with bonuses and job assignments. He has surrounded himself with favorites who tell him whatever he wants to hear. HR is totally ineffective. The new president shows up at the office 3 days a week and after a year on the job has not corrected any of the companies structural issues (top heavy in executives) Employee morale is the worst I have ever seen anywhere in 35yrs. Upper management is totally unaware of there being a problem even though people are quitting every month. Most people in management positions have no training or experience for the position they hold. 1% raises and low bonuses. Favorites within the company received 4 times higher. The executives believe this fact has been kept a secret.
