The caseload is incredibly high, often forcing you to handle over a hundred workers' compensation cases simultaneously. This volume is made worse by constant IT system lags and an inadequate network of orthopedic doctors, leaving you stuck between frustrated patients and unhelpful insurance adjusters. Management offers very little support, relying on micromanagement to hit numbers rather than addressing the root causes of burnout. The compensation is also too low for the immense level of stress and volume required.
