Management prioritizes unrealistic production metrics over the quality of patient care and employee well-being. The caseload is incredibly high, often forcing you to handle over a hundred workers' compensation cases simultaneously. This volume is made worse by constant IT system lags and an inadequate network of orthopedic doctors, leaving you stuck between frustrated patients and unhelpful insurance adjusters.
