Struggling to create a strong and unified company after the acquisition of IBM's CRM division in 2014. Much of the leadership is still silo'd between IBM and Concentrix legacy. Leadership does not seem to be working together or focusing on being a strong organization. Executive leadership is still trying to function as though they are still 4k employees, instead of 35k.
