This was working for Credit Karma campaign for Web help x Concentrix. There was not a proper communication regarding the updates about the product, supervisors could be able to sleep as well as SME during the shift in front of everyone working on back to back. Even though escalating cases such as work avoidance, rudeness, salary, questions not being answered and great conditions for workers, we got no answer from the company. Also they did not want to raise the salary even though it is a legal action to do so every single year, and their excuse was that the salary overall is what they are offering, therefore, they are not even thinking to update or even talk that part. (2.6M without bonuses since bonus were easy to lost lol) working for 47 Hrs. Also, culture and life department as well as HR department does not exist. There were a lot of people pretending to work that were not actually working, including the coordinator. lol They do not think human, even though that is their slogan.
