You were guaranteed a job because the call volume was high.

Minpunten

You could leave a customer on hold for 30 minutes or more and management would never folow up on why you did it. You were only allowed a two fifteen minute breaks. But if the team lead liked you, you could talk additional time with no questions ask. Some rule goes for the 30 minute lunch break.

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Minpunten

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
