Great co-workers and nice environments. Plenty of work to do at times. Hours are solid and will work within uneven schedules.

Minpunten

Terrible management. They seem to not know what direction they want to take. Has some questionable standards when it comes to people and long term employment. No chance for a raise or pay increase if you move positions as per new HR rules.

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Minpunten

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
